NSU Daemons Cracked the Code at International Programming Contest!

CSC and CIS combined forces to proudly represent NSU at the 2025 International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) North America South Central Regional (including Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma) on November 8 at LSU.

Competing against more than 250 teams from the South Central, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast Regions, the NSU Daemons impressed by solving three complex problems from a set of ten to earn 2nd place in Division II in Louisiana. In a standout achievement, the NSU Daemons were also the first to solve Problem F — one of the contest’s more challenging problems.

I am excited to announce the opening of our annual business plan competition for NSU. Inferno Pitch 2025 opened on August 18th. This business plan competition offers NSU students invaluable mentoring and skill building with a chance to win money for their ideas. The winning team wins $3000.
