I had a spectacularly wonderful surprise visit from TREY ROSS! Trey is a former ADVANCE student and fabulous staff member. He was visiting NSU for his job and took the time for a quick coffee...my cup runneth over!

Do you know academically motivated students who are curious and love to learn? ADVANCE accepts students who are currently in 7th - 11th grades and they enroll in and complete one class during the three-week residential program. The website provides course descriptions and makes it easy to apply!

The Chamber Choir at Northwestern State University is outstanding! The concert will be held in a glorious Basilica in historic Natchitoches, and will be absolutely breathtaking.

The last few days have been filled with coffee house, getting ready for finals, and more fun!

Former student and staff member Stefanie Flood sent a new Co****le set, that will replace the one that got ruined in the rain this year.

Another former student and staff member sent some awesome craft materials! We go through paint and friendship bracelet thread so quickly here!

Week 3 Festivities has begun! Students are getting ready for finals and enjoying their time at the last few activities!
