This drypoint etching was inspired by the quiet beauty of light filtering through a canopy of branches. Rather than focusing on every detail, I wanted to capture the feeling of standing beneath the trees and watching light and shadow shift across the landscape. The soft, velvety lines created by the drypoint process help convey both atmosphere and memory.

I’m drawn to ordinary moments.
This linocut of two girls doing laundry isn’t about action. It’s about connection and shared experience. Whether painting or printmaking, I’m always searching for those quiet stories that reveal something meaningful about everyday life.

I’m thrilled to kick off my oil paintings! I’ve chosen St. Michael and St. Joan of Arc to begin with. It’s so exciting to see this series transform from vision to vibrant reality!
