Well… that’s a wrap on the 2023 prep season!!!

This year has easily been the best year of my life …

The mental, personal, physical, emotional, and overall growth I’ve gone through this year I’m forever grateful for….

To go From hernia surgery to a hard break up to losing who I was as a person…

To finally owning my own business and finally stepping out on stage and competing in my first ever bodybuilding shows (2) has been more than I could’ve ever dreamed of from this year (and it’s not even over)

All the mental battles I had with myself have made me who I am now..

All the “failures” and downfalls I went through this year led me to who I am now and I will continue to use these lessons I’ve learned and continue to grow as a human and athlete !!

Not only did these people make yesterday an absolutely amazing experience but they’ve played a huge role in my growth as a human this year!

This prep pushed me in so many more ways than I could’ve imagined . I’d be lying if I said it didn’t get challenging but it taught me who I am and what I am truly capable of when I put my mind to it!!

If you have a dream or a goal in mind, don’t let anyone or anything stop you from reaching what’s yours .

Dream big, and chase your dreams hard…

it might not be easy and it might not be quick,

but if you keep pushing in the right direction and don’t give up you will get there!

I’m sure of it…

Now it’s time for me and to put some serious muscle on this frame! Because next time , I will be back and will be soooo much better!!💪🏻
