Immediate Position Available: Office Manager for Small Company

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our small but busy company. The ideal candidate will be local to the area, dependable, and ready to keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Handling daily office operations and communication
• Coordinating permitting and related paperwork
• Managing schedules, records, and files
• Serving as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping and reporting

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous office management or permitting experience preferred
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools)
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
