What does the research say about academic mentoring? Aside from just the numbers, programs that combine academic tutoring with supportive relationships consistently outperform those focused on content alone. Attitudes toward school also improve as the students develop more positive perceptions of their teachers and education. When students feel supported by a caring adult, they are more motivated to engage in school.

They hit their anniversaries… and we eventually hit “post” 😄

Happy (belated) 4-year anniversaries to Pat and Anjeza who were hired months apart, promoted into leadership, and are still raising the bar.
And cheers to our CEO Ann on her anniversary too! Going strong since April 2019!
