Welcome back to "Cooking with NAHREP Naples and Vianca Pino"!🧑‍🍳✨

Continuing our mission to share flavors that bring the community together, we're happy to present the third recipe in our series. First, we sincerely apologize for the suspense and the wait; the truth is, the aroma in the kitchen was so irresistible that it took us a little longer than expected to finish the "tasting" session.

This time, we bring you a classic dish with a gourmet twist: "Mini Cheesesteaks."

The original cheesesteak was born in the 1930s as a simple combination of beef and onions, but in this installment, Vianca elevates the recipe to delight our palates:

Starring ingredient: Finely chopped Milanese-style beef, accompanied by sautéed yellow onions and red bell peppers.

The special touch: A white wine reduction and a blend of Provolone, Manchego, or Asiago cheeses that achieve the perfect texture.

Presentation: Served on a soft brioche-style baguette, ideal for a special lunch or dinner.

To complete the experience, Vianca recommends pairing them with truffle potatoes or a green salad, along with a glass of your favorite red wine.

Continuing our mission to share flavors that bring the community together and nourish the soul, we are happy to present the second recipe of our series.

On this occasion, we bring to your table a dish that defines versatility and great taste: "Breaded Herb and Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with Yellow Rice".

Tilapia is the ideal protagonist for this installment: it is a mild-tasting fish with firm flesh and is highly nutritious, rich in protein, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids . For this recipe, Vianca elevates the natural flavor of the fish with a delicious Italian herb and parmesan cheese breading, achieving a perfect golden texture.

The wonderful thing about this dish is that it fits any moment. It works perfectly for lunch or dinner, served traditionally with yellow rice and salad , or you can even use the fillets to make incredible fish tacos with corn tortillas . Don't forget to use the lime for garnish to add that final citrus touch.
