As many of you may have seen, Sunday morning, just two days before our official opening at our new location at 1 Cherry Street, a fire broke out, causing significant damage to the interior of the building. Thankfully the building was unoccupied and there were no injuries or structural damage. But it was devastating to put in months of work just for it to be destroyed mere days before opening. A dear friend has created a gofundme to help cover some of the losses from the fire, as we try to navigate insurance and rebuilding. If you feel inclined to donate, we will be adding the link to our profile page and stories.
What do we do now? One silver lining of the situation is that this was only meant to be a storefront, and our baking will continue to be done offsite at a separate commercial kitchen. You can still find us at the farmers market every Saturday, and we are exploring other retail options in the meantime as well, including likely starting deliveries again as we did last year.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out and checked in on us, the support of the community is truly appreciated during such a difficult time.

We’re so close to opening our new retail space! Our tentative opening date is Tuesday May 20th, pending a fire inspection on Monday! Wish us luck and we hope to see you soon!
