Prime Peak : Memorial Day Week thru Labor Day Week, ONLY WEEK LONG RENTALS

Mid Season : Week after Labor Day Week thru October 31st, and April 1 thru week prior to Memorial Day week. Off-Season is November 1 thru March 31

Mid-season and Off-season can be rented by the day or weekly or long term. Use of all Ocean Lake Amenities, Expanded cable service, Wifi, Keyless entry with new pass code each week, cleaning provided at check out. Pet friendly for well potty trained pets with $150.00 security deposit, which you get back if house and carpets don't require extra attention or repair. 5 TV's 2 of which are smart TV's. A small but building collection of DVD's to enjoy on one of the dvd players. Cards and games for added fun. Ocean Lakes is a golf cart community and you can rent them for a day or a week from them.
