Since moving to the Myrtle Beach area in 2021, They first worked with Century 21 Harrelson Group, but after 6 months realized they worked better on their own. So Jim opened up his Brokerage, Celtic Realty llc in Murrells Inlet. They are a Ma and Pa shop, so since they don’t have the overhead that the bigger real estate brokerages have, they can pass the savings onto to the Sellers.
