An out of level AC condenser unit will cause the oil to settle on one side and not properly lubricate, which can shorten the lifespan of your expensive unit.

Thought i would share a public service announcement, please check your outdoor faucets and remove all hoses , timers, etc.
These items will hold water even if turned off..., freeze and back up and possibly split your faucet.
I checked a neighbors a few minuets ago and several have started to freeze up with this weather.
Recommend an insulated cover or even a small towel will help.

Can you guess which roofing boot is leaking water below and going into a less than 1 rear old HVAC burner package ?

I am seeing alot of newer homes with the tankless / on demand gas fired water heaters, these should have your isolation valves and flushing ports for flushing out / Descaling the calcium build up in your Heat Exchanger and rcleaning of your filter screen every 12- 18 months.

Finally got around to expanding my social media presence , I will post maintenance tips as well as some of the sights i see during an Inspection.
