The truth is we can’t be liked by all. Even putting on a mask or being a chameleon and changing to fit each person perceived wants, won’t make us likes by everyone.
The trade off. Being what you want others to be instead of being who you are. Not letting others see the real you due to fear of rejection.
Speaking from experience, I crave for everyone to like me and I get mad at myself if I don’t like someone. How this can show up in day to day life
-fear of abandonment
-codependency
-being a martyr
-being more emotionally drained at the end of the day
-bitterness/ resentment
-talking one way to a group of people or person and a different to another
-lying, hiding truth
-trust issues
-second guessing yourself
-needing others approval of decisions
The truth is we will never be perfect, we will never be liked by everyone, and we don’t have to be. Releasing pride and perfectionism and being ok showing up simply as you each day is ENOUGH. Not only that but you’re here to be you. Fearfully and wonderfully made 💗
I often feel uncomfortable in the life coaching realm because as much as I love my crystals, meditation, and positive affirmations, I am a Christian. By that I mean I love Jesus and do believe in the Bible. When I tell people this I get worried they will think I am judging them because of my faith or feel judge for deeply believing in what I do. But the truth is as a Christian, and who my authentic self is, I’m here to share love, patience, kindness, and forgiveness. Not be judge ANYONE.
The real you is worthy of so much love. Abundant endless love. She deserves to be seen each day.

Why spending time with, investing in, connecting with yourself isn’t selfish 🥰
Boy do I still struggle with this one!
Let me know if this sounds familiar. I spent my childhood, teenage years, most of my 20s, and still can get caught up in being wayyyyy too altruistic 🦋 Altruism, the act of selfless giving, is beautiful. But DOES IT NEED TO BE BALANCED OUT WITH GIVING BACK TO SELF 👏✨
I grew up believing I was a good person if
• I was a “good girl”
• I gave and didn’t DARE ask or need anything for myself
• I could take care of myself and didn’t need anyone else
• I was disliked if I was not agreeable
• Everyone around me being happy was more important than me being happy
• I was not allowed to be happy unless everyone else’s needs were being met
• If someone didn’t like me it was always because I was to blame for being too weird, not being understanding enough, not giving enough, all around not “enoughness”
I had a patient walk out of a session this week. We hit a nerve digging into past trauma, connecting with what he wants his life to look like, and helping him release the force field he created around him that was actually toxic and hurting him. Me 2 years ago, heck, maybe even less, would have CRUMBLED when someone said “I’ve had enough of this sh*t” and walked out of a session😧
The me today knows in my heart that I am not responsible for someone else’s happiness. I can support them. I can empathize with their pain. I can connect with them on a soul level. I can visualize them healthy. BUT it’s on them to make the changes.
I know this ⬆️ because I’ve done and continue to do the work, yes work because it’s not all easy, to release the stories that replay in my head telling me I HAVE to be what others have told me. I choose to listen to my 💗 my intuition 💗 my gut 💗
That part of us knows that we are beings of light and love. We are all here with gifts that compliment one another. That none of this is by accident. That life is meant to be, will be, what we want to create 🤗
Knowing you, investing in you, taking time for you, allows for the deep level of compassion for others. 🧜♀️

For a long, long, LONG time
I felt like an alien, weirdo, wayyyy too sensitive, like I wasn’t supposed to be born on this planet, like no one else saw the heartbreak of the world, like no one else was affected, I truly thought there was some mistake and that I was NOT supposed to be born here.
I felt this way till I was 27.
Yeah….just a little over a year ago I started to see that I wasn’t “crazy” for feeling these things.
I made this profile, started coaching, and starting hearing the same story over and over that matched mine.
Sensitive women who experienced anxiety, issues with perfectionism trying to fit in, no understanding why they seem to feel things more deeply than others.
Listen, THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!💗
You, my love, my soul sister, are here in for a purpose to bring your story, your sensitivity, your love, and all the natural gifts you have to this world.
I continue to remind and accept who I am daily when the negative thoughts or narrative creeps in.
“You’re too anxious for x”
“You are good enough at x”
“No one understands you”
Instead, I now catch it and say
“Not true. I’ve done x,y, and z”
“Good things are always coming my way”
“I am ALWAYS enough”
“I got this”
“I validate how I feel. I love and accept myself in this moment”
“It’s ok to rest. It’s ok to feel these things. It’s ok that I’m sensitive, intuitive, think differently. It’s beautiful”
Empower, grow, acknowledge, and ignite the fire of the wild woman within you who knows her power of intuition and follows it. Who doesn’t second guess because good things ARE coming your way. Because it’s all yours for the taking. Because if it’s been put on your heart as a desire it’s because it is MEANT to be yours✨

connection with spirit, creativity, intuition. 🕊

As the beautifully sensitive, empathetic, person you are, you might also feel like you’re an alien in this world. Like you don’t belong. Because of that, you get anxious, you try to be “perfect”, you’re almost always feels tired and/or overwhelmed.

How can you listen to your inner goddess today? The part of you who believes she is worthy of all her desires.
The part of you who knows she’s more than capable of receiving her desires.
Who listens to herself and takes action honoring when she’s
Inspired -does she allow herself to create in that moment, write down what she is thinking, allow for creativity to show up in her daily life through
Tired -she allows herself to relax. She always is willing to make herself comfortable. Even when she has a task or obligation, she creates room for “how can I make this as enjoyable as possible?” She relaxes without guilt.
Angry -She expresses her anger in a healthy way. She knows anger isn’t a “bad” emotion it’s simply a human emotion. She journals, exercises, creates, in order to release and explore her anger. She’s able to channel it into something constructive and powerful. She allows herself to feel what she’s feeling.
Peaceful -she lets herself sink into the peaceful moments with all 5 of her senses. She is mindful in these moments.
Joyful -she dances, laughs loudly, snorts, claps, jumps. She lets her inner child experience joy with her. She is more focused on allowing herself to feel joyful moments than what others may think. She lets herself move, smile, embrace, connect✨

💗Making your space reflect your authentic self💗
Does your space reflect who you are? How do you feel when you’re in it? Inspired? Relaxed? Energized?
What small touches can make it more you?
Think of your inner child or back to when you were one, would they be happy in this space?
We can get so much information about who we are from looking back at who we were as a child. What interested us and what we’re we drawn to.
Why?
Because children haven’t been filtered through what they “should” like or who they “should” be yet.
When I was little, I loved being outside barefoot, laying on soft grass looking up at the clouds, climbing trees, making art, and being surrounded by pastel pinks, soft fabrics, floral fabrics, canopy beds, silk, jewelry, crystals, mirrors, stars
I try to find items that reflect this for my home.
You don’t need to overspend because that is not honoring and taking care of yourself.
What you can do is create small changes that make your space more and more you. Not what’s “trendy” unless you’re very drawn to a certain trend.

I love stopping by dollar tree on my way home and getting myself a face mask, cozy or quirky socks, a candle.
