Answering one of our most commonly asked questions! What to do about insurance

Insurance is a requirement for all 26-27 leases! You will be automatically enrolled on your account for $15 a month. If ALL tenants on the lease submit their own renters insurance, then you will be unenrolled for the $15 a month.

If you need any help, you can always speak with your insurance agent or give us a quick call!📞
