The produce season is starting to wind down, but we’re not done yet! 🌱

We’ve still got tons of peppers coming on, with more to come, including jalapeños, banana peppers, bell peppers and some habaneros for those who like it spicy. 🌶️

Our heirloom tomatoes are still hanging on, too—lots of green ones out there turning a little more each day. 🍅

We’ll keep putting out what the garden gives us while the season lasts. Thanks for supporting our little farm this year! ❤️

🔥🌶️ Some like it HOT! 🌶️🔥

Calling all heat lovers! Habaneros are making their first appearance at Boot Run Acres, and we’ve got some big, beautiful jalapeños that are just begging to be stuffed.

🍉 From Our Family’s Past to Our Family’s Future 🍉

Growing and selling quality melons has been part of our family story for decades, and this is our first year carrying that tradition forward as the next generation.

Boot Run Acres is our family’s little piece of that tradition — growing fresh produce, working together, and sharing it with the people in our community.

Our promise is simple: If you take home one of our melons and it isn’t sweet and delicious, please let us know. We want you to be happy with what you purchase from us. That’s what being a small local farm is all about. 💚

We’re so grateful for everyone who has stopped at our stand, brought a friend, shared a post, or simply cheered us on this season. We’re proud to be part of this community and thankful for every person who chooses to support our family.

🌱 From seed to stand, it all starts in our hands.

Saturday mornings look a little different around here. 🌱🍅 🍉

Up early, hand-picking the cream of the crop, loading up the self-serve shanty, and letting the kids be part of it all.

There’s something pretty special about growing food from a little seed and watching it make its way into someone’s home. 💚

Just another morning at Boot Run Acres.

From seed to stand, it all starts in our hands. 🌱

Fall is rapidly approaching!! Be sure to take advantage of our local tomatoes and peppers while they are still available. We also have a few pumpkins out and more to come.

Our self-serve roadside Shanty accepts cash and Venmo, located just outside of Eaton at:
