East Central Indiana's chapter of Slow Food USA Our Goals:
Educating the local populace about responsibly and ethically produced foods.
Supporting and promoting organic and sustainable food producers. Build a stronger network between local organic food producers and the community they serve. Encourage the community to participate in our food system by volunteering or growing their own food. Assisting in food related community development activities. Encourage the education of school age children about healthy sustainable food.
