PohlCat Golf Course
Share
Pohlcat Golf Course and Events Center The course was designed by former PGA Tour pro, and Mt. Pleasant native, Dan Pohl.
PohlCat, located in the heart of Michigan, is a championship-style 18-hole golf course played over, and around, the scenic 100-foot wide Chippewa River. There are plenty of similarities between the great PGA Tour courses Dan played and the tough, but fair, design of PohlCat. This design offers players a unique golfing experience by combining beautiful northern Michigan scenery with a links-style feel.

⛳️ Pro Tip Tuesday with Dan Pohl!
Getting full extension in your golf swing is key, but what happens next is just as important. Dan breaks down how to let the club drop down as you drive forward into the hitting zone to create a more consistent and powerful swing.
He also has a few drills to help you master this move and apply it to different areas of the course. Give them a try and see how they can help your swing! 🏌️♂️
