Last Sunday, LCC matriarch, Lynda Cooke presented a message that was written by Pastor Mike and titled:
"How to Tell God You Love Him."

In the messsge, Lynda offered 5 ways you can tell God you love Him:

⭐️ By singing to Him
⭐️ By talking with Him
⭐️ By publicly identifying with Him
⭐️ By committing our lives to Him, and
⭐️ By giving to Him

Good Wednesday morning, all! ☀️ Blessings! Last Sunday, Pastor Thomas took a deep dive into how sin has been redefined by man over the years, changes to the definition that God never authorized. Man has decided that some sins are worse than others, and that some sins are even unforgivable. But that’s not God’s definition and that’s not what Jesus said.

In MT 12:31, Jesus said: “Therefore, I say to you, EVERY sin and blasphemy will be forgiven,” with only one exception: “blasphemy against the Spirit.”

Take some time today to listen to this challenging message. Then ask yourself these questions:

1. As a believer, was I taught or do I believe that some sins are worse than others?

2. As a believer, was I taught or do I believe that some sins are unforgivable? Which ones?

3. Have I ever looked at the sins of others and said to myself: “They’re going to hell”?

4. Has this message caused you to rethink your understanding of sin and how you interact with others, knowing that “all have sinned and come short of the glory of God,” including you?

Happy Hump Day, y’all! And remember: “God’s grace is sufficient, because His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses.” (2 COR 12:9)

I apologize for not sharing this important message about that precious gift God gave to all of us…mother!

And last Sunday, on Mothers Day, the mothers of LCC put together an amazing service honoring and lifting up the joys, as well as the tests, trials and tears of motherhood.
