Jeffrey A. Denman, author of Philadelphia Quakers and the American Revolution, will be at the library to give a talk on Revolutionary era Philadelphia. This event will be on Tuesday, June 23, from 7pm to 8pm, in the combined Meeting Rooms. No registration required.

We’ll be kicking off Summer Reading with a party on Saturday, June 27 from 12pm-4pm! All summer long, earn prizes just for reading books and coming to our programs - and get entered in our raffles for the exciting grand prizes! Happy Flag Day!

We have a flag retirement box at the library. You'll find it right outside the front entrance of the library, next to our outside book drop box. You can drop flags off here and know that they'll be properly retired.

We'll be having Domino and Keva Plank Challenges throughout the Summer! Please register on our calendar at https://mountlaurel.librarycalendar.com/events/month

Keva Plank Challenges will be on Friday June 26, July 31, and August 28, from 4pm to 6pm.

Domino Challenges will be on Saturday June 20, July 18, and August 22, from 10am to 12pm.

Kids Art Workshop will be in the Craft Room at the library on Wednesday, June 16 from 4-5pm. This is a fun art workshop designed for tweens age 8-12. Registration required.

Dr. Daisy Century will be at the Mount Laurel Library next Wednesday, June 17 at 2pm, performing her one woman play about Sojourner Truth. This program will be held in the combined Meeting Rooms and is expected to last about an hour. No registration required.

Dr. Century is a renowned actress and historical interpreter, known for her ability to bring historical figures to life. Join her for this performance of the life of Sojourner Truth, from childhood through her famous speech, "Ain't I a Woman."
