Latest kitchen remodel

This kitchen remodel is for a long time customer, I remodeled two bathrooms and this kitchen for them. This was down to the studs, 3 new windows, new side entrance door, backsplash, 12mm Rev-Wood flooring, new drywall, lighting, undercounter lighting, custom oven hood, Quartz top. Lots of demo.

This kitchen remodel included new LED ceiling lighting, removing of the peninsula counter layout and replaced with a island, moved refrigerator into existing pantry alcove, provided 120v to island with pop-up power supply along with under counter LED lighting thru out cabinet layout, the sink & faucet is a Kraus stainless steel under-mount work station, push button counter top button for disposal. Counter top is quartz, backsplash is a marble stone. Island cabinet has roll out trash & recycle bins.

Some final touches on the remodel, pocket door install, tile install & flooring, new toilet, vanity, vanity light, 4” recessed lighting for shower, new base trim & paint
This remodel is to remove tile flooring, 30x30” shower & 5ft garden tub to open up the area to a larger shower pan 48”x48” this requires canceling tub plumbling and redirecting the shower drain and vent pipe. Shower walls will be tiled with a shampoo niche and accent strip, with custom frameless doors.
New vanity 60” center under-mount bowl. Shower alcove will have updated LED lighting.

Installed 12x24 porcelain tile with 8x8” accent tile and brushed nickel 1/2”edging, 2 soap dishes, grab bar and fold down seat to be installed.

This remodeling includes removal of all tiled walls, wall tile was set in wet-bed very thick, remove existing cast iron tub and replace with shower pan tiled walls, niche with fold down shower seat, and new drywall & toilet
