MidAtlantic was proud to sponsor Pennrose Foundation 20 Years in Brewerytown event on Thursday, April 9th, which celebrated the company’s two decades in the North Philadelphia neighborhood they call home. The Foundation was formed in 2018 to build affordable housing not just with brick and mortar, but through creating safe and thriving communities where people from all walks of life can flourish.

Thanks to the support of MidAtlantic and many other friends in the industry, the Foundation raised $867,000.00 in sponsorships, donations, and pledges–this marked the most successful fundraising activity in its history!

We can’t wait to see the positive impact these funds will have on the communities Pennrose Foundation serves. As a testament to the Foundation itself, incredible things happen when we work together!

Today, we’re celebrating John Kerber’s 10 year anniversary with MidAtlantic! As a Professional Engineer and Licensed Site Remediation Professional, John founded our Environmental Group and continues to lead the practice as a principal of the firm. Over the past decade, his expertise, leadership, and commitment has been a tremendous asset to the team!

For more than a decade, MidAtlantic has proudly supported Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s Adopt-A-Family program and this year was especially meaningful.

Thanks to the generosity of the community and our team, this year's program achieved an 100% adoption rate, ensuring every participating family had their needs and holiday wishes met. We were honored to support a program that brings meaningful joy to families during the holiday season.

For over a decade, MidAtlantic has proudly participated in the Volunteers of America Adopt-A-Family program. Last year, thanks to the generosity of our team members, we were able to "adopt" three families and help make their Christmas mornings magical.

Members of the MidAtlantic team were proud to attend The Alpert Group's groundbreaking of the Township of Neptune Housing Authority’s site. Construction will include a 3-story apartment building, consisting of 70 affordable housing units, stormwater management measures, onsite parking lot, and associated grading.
