Paddle Punks is a home grown business that started at the dining room table of Glenn Clark, Paddle Punks' HH - that's Head Honcho, by the way - making a stern light for his kayak. Glenn wasn't out to build a better mouse trap, he just didn't want his Chief Bottle Washer and Gopher David Chamberlain to get crushed between a State Department of Marine Resources boat and a NOAA research boat in a dee
p, fast moving river again. So, Glenn corrected the problem by developing the Shake-It Paddle Boat Stern Light. David pestered the fish slime out of Glenn until he agreed to market the light. After various failed attempts at naming the company, Glenn's son Johnny called us a bunch of Paddle Punks and the rest was history. Oh yeah, Johnny got dunked in a front end loader bucket filled with water for his efforts too. It is our absolute goal to make a product that not only does what it claims to do, but is simple to use, is economical, and benefits the user. We have a BUNCH of ideas and not nearly enough time to get all of the products to market fast enough.
