đ¨ 200+âfor ! Holly has competed in distance running her entire life. But wanted to join for a few different goals and to support that passion.
She wanted to improve her times and decrease chances of injury.
She wanted to do strength training. To not only help with running but building and maintaining lean muscle so she could be an active and healthy mom as long as possible.
She wanted to find a community where she could take one hour of the day to prioritize herself and put herself in the best mental shape she could for the remaining 23 hours!
Sheâs successfully completed all of these goals, and is still chasing more!
Strength training was super intimidating to her. Like it is to many reading this! But she was patient, trusted our coaching team, and kept showing up and now sheâs hitting new weight room PRs each month!
And, when they submit the post race pictures online, she now has pictures where both feet are off the ground at the same time mid stride. Which is not only epic but shows how much stronger and more powerful sheâs become!
Proud of you Holly!

đ¨ 700+ for !!
Consistency and trusting the process is this last 100s theme. Natalie has made some massive physical and mental changes the last 700 workouts. She was someone who previously would get obsessive over diet exercise etc, and then when a bad day would happen would spiral for two weeks. Repeat.
Sheâs now at a place where she only talks about the sheâs thinking about spiraling but not actually doing it đ.
I joke, because in reality what sheâs done is stayed patient and done things the right way. Changing those thought loops and patterns takes time. Repetition. Learning from steps backwards. And building the mental and physical the right way so itâs sustainable even if that means itâs the slow way.
Because of that, when she ended up having a super hard and stressful last year, she was able to stay the course. She could adapt her goals. She was more kind to herself on the not as good days. And she didnât fully quit or need to start over. She put the work in when life was busy and stressful, so that when life got REALLY busy and stressful she was ready.
And now, sheâs like 6 months into a super scary no zero day goal she set during the holidays. Then she tried it another month. And another. And now sheâs gotten at least 20m of intentional activity exercise or training every day for 180+ days.
But it didnât take doing 180 degrees of change.
It took a +1 each day.
Follow her example.
What makes us different?
Training, not exercise - everythingâs based on motor learning biomechanics exercise physiology and other science. Itâs not guessing. Itâs not what looks cool on a highlight reel. Itâs how the body learns and adapts based on science.
Fundamentals not fluff- continuing on previous point, we do what works. It might not be the most fun versions of exercise. Itâs often mastering basic fundamentals. Itâs consistently doing the little details. No flashy names for classes or 8 week bootcamps. But we are good at making the âboringâ super fun.
Comprehensive training- our trainings designed to check every box you need whether you come once a week or five times a week. And your plan doesnât change based on whoâs coaching or what time slot youâre at. This means we can accommodate your insanely busy schedule.
Individualized training, at an affordable cost - no one can afford a one on one personal trainer consistently enough to get better. Our systems are designed to provide the same individualization, but in a small group setting. So you can afford to come consistently enough to actually get better.
Sustainable results - we arenât here for quick fixes or gimmicks. The right way takes time. But when you do it the right way the results stay with you longer. We want you to be successful forever, not just for one season of life.
Professional coaches- we have PTs, MDs, masters degrees, and a ton of specific certifications within the profession. Our coaches canât work here unless they complete a comprehensive 10 week internship first. Weâve coached middle school through professional, coached 2000+ athletes, and the gyms full of flags of colleges our kids have gotten scholarships to. We not only have the experience, but the credentials behind it and have a collaborative approach with many coaches trainers and therapists in the area!

đşđ¸ Murph 2026 takeawaysâŚ
60+ people. 8-68 years old. Numerous religions races political affiliations and backgrounds. Together.
Many brand new faces, and 5 brand new members got to see what really means.
I joked after that if someone wants to join the gym or be an intern they shouldnât be allowed until they experience one of these community workouts.
Kids participated with their families. I saw a dad and his sons have friendly competition. Full familyâs high fiving each other. And some familyâs who didnât all do it still show up to support their family members who did.
Someone who a year ago was immobile run her first mile and complete the whole dang thing. .
Someone who had heart failure during child birth build her heart so strong the last few years she could complete her first Murph and her husband joined her.
Someone with cancer who gets another round of treatment Tuesday complete it with an ostomy bag strapped to his back.
And I saw 50+ other people choose the hard versions, choose the uncomfy, refuse to modify until they needed to in remembrance of what this day is about.
Your struggles are valid and can be super difficult and hard to get out of your head and getting out of a rut is tough and we are really great at empathizing and being patient and helping you navigate that journey to create new habits.
But days like today make my empathy meter for excuses or entitlement or any sort of unwillingness to embrace the brand completely non existentđ.
We didnât build this brand. You did. And we will fight like hell to protect it.
But none of this would be possible if people didnât sacrifice so much more for our ability to do so. All of the above is amazing. But perspective check we ran a few miles drank beer and ate watermelon. They dedicated their lives for us.
Although one workout doesnât compare, Iâm grateful that today those who lost their life to give us this opportunity could look down and see this many unique and different humans all come together as one.
Because thatâs exactly what they fought for. đşđ¸.

Female athletes are at higher risk for overuse injury, especially with ACL tears.
Former intern-assistant coach .wilcox12 combed through tons of research on âwhyâ.
There are a multitude of reasons. From how their biomechanics of the hip and knee differ from males, monthly hormone fluctuations causing joint laxity, youth sports culture and its demands, lack of resources or quality coaching for preventative energyâŚ.
There wasnât an easy solution. Other thanâŚ.
Comprehensive year round training.
Not exercise. Training. A comprehensive plan based on motor learning and development, on biomechanics, on exercise physiology⌠science stuff.
Year round, not 2-3 months. Because these adaptations take awhile to build sustainably, and they go away if you stop training.
Comprehensive, not âdo these 3 exercisesâ because thatâs not how the body works. Full body strength training, lower and upper body power mechanics, force application and absorption, linear and lateral speed⌠they all work together.
A place that takes into consideration practice schedule, training age, physical and mental stress level, and adapts the plan accordingly.
𤍠Youre either preventing injuries, or potentially making your chances of injury greater by what you do this summer.
And this applies to males as well. You may statistically have a slightly less chance of snapping an ACL but take a look at the number of injured dudes on your current team and itâs obvious you need this too.
Train with a purpose this summer. Donât just talk about it. Be intentional. Be relentless. .

đ¨ 600+ for .hinds !!
Katie came to us recovering from a long term and chronic distance running addiction đ. She wanted to get stronger. And she wanted to trust that cardio wasnât the only form of exercise and gaining muscle wasnât a bad thing.
But the system had told her her entire life that the scales opinion of you determined your health and your mental well being. That women shouldnât lift heavy. That strength training is scary.. etc etc etc.
But she knew these were lies. She just needed some help getting there mentally and physically. She needed accountability with a busy schedule. She needed community of people who wanted to work hard and do things the right way but people who also had their own busy schedules and struggles.
About a year ago, she put on her favorite emo playlist had a glass of wine and wrote a break up letter to her scale. Then she came into BR and beat the s**t out of it with a sledge hammer.
A high school girl who struggled with body image issues wrote in her graduation thank you card, that watching Katie Hinds destroy her scale is what helped get this now college freshman to shift her mindset in another direction as well.
People like .hinds and stories like this are why I love our people.
Now sheâs crazy strong. Still has great cardio fitness. And is also an awesome early am workout partner! .
Super proud of you! And canât wait for the next 100!!

đ¨ 400+ for the Queen of Cardio is consistent for 4-5 times a week and only does the cardio classes! Personally, Iâm lucky to do them twice a week.
When you do training, and not random exercise, the workouts can often be more challenging. Full body, focused on heart rate zones, and designed in a way where you have to choose to get uncomfortable each timeâŚ. It makes this achievement that much more impressive!
Sheâs lost a ton of weight, but her biggest wins are what itâs done for her mentally, and being able to be more active on vacations!
Also, sheâs probably one of the fastest ones to get to 400 weâve had!
Congrats Kristin!
