JRA was founded in Philadelphia, in September 2000, with one goal in mind…to bring vital food support to hungry, disadvantaged families in our community.
We stand alone as an innovator in the hands-on, door-to-door approach to feeding over 3,200 needy families nationwide. Our volunteers are of all ages and backgrounds. JRA MetroWest began on March 4, 2012 when we delivered food to 25 families! We are now delivering to many more families and are counting on YOU to join us in the fight to end food insecurity in our community.
