Grundy Results 5/29

Qualified 2nd out of 20, 3rd in heat and 5th in Feature. Used up the car on the outside too much and just took what I had. Now onto this week.

P2 in today's Spring Fling 200 Enduro at Grundy County Speedway. Today definitely tested tire management. Pitted at the halfway break and tossed on a new front right. Car was a rocket on the 2nd half chicane course but around 30 laps to go i had to whoa her down a bit as I felt the front right coming apart. Congrats to Alex Treptow on another win. Next enduro is July 12th for The Stars & Strips 250. Back to our regular weekly racing next Friday.

5/15 Grundy County Speedway results...Qualified 2nd, Heat Race 7th, Feature 3rd. 19 cars in the pits.

This coming Friday 5/22, 4 cylinder Pure Stocks division are off but what a deal the speedway has. $5 Family night at the race track. Go support your local race track.

Saturday 5/23 we will return and hit our first enduro of the year. Spring Fling 200 Enduro.

5/8/2026 Grundy Recap

Qualified like 💩 (10th out of 23) due to rear drum brake issues. Got them fixed for the heat and feature. Won the heat and finished 2nd in feature after starting 11th out of 22 for the night. Move on to next week. Thanks Scott Ingram for the giving me a car each week and coming to the rescue Friday night. See everyone this coming Friday the 15th.

3rd feature win in a row opening the season up. Qualified 5th out of a 22 car field, 4th in heat and picked up the W in the 20 lap feature. In my victory lane interview I dedicated this win to Kristi Odom-Preisler and the whole Odom Family, as Kristi lost her father this week. He was a great man and was never shy to share some real good ol moonshine with you. I'll miss the conversations whenever he stopped me in passing or congratulating me on my wins. Onto next week where we resume back to our Friday nights.
