These partnerships benefit everyone. Students develop skills outside the classroom while working alongside experienced tradespeople, and we get the opportunity to work with talented young people entering the industry.

We had the opportunity to bring the Signature Building Systems team together for a company cookout to celebrate Memorial Day.

Beyond the finished home, the real value was the collaboration that got the homeowner, after a fire loss, back under roof in less than 10 months from the initial design consultation.

By reusing the existing foundation and utilizing modular fabrication, Signature Building Systems and Custom Modular Concepts delivered a 3,500 sqft home on a timeline that is difficult to match with traditional site built construction.

From the outside, it looks like a high-end custom ranch in East Hampton.

Inside, it opens up to a dramatic 40 foot long cathedral ceiling that spans across two factory built modules.

This home delivers:

• 4,300 finished square feet including lower level
• Floor-to-ceiling Andersen Windows + Doors

Yesterday we welcomed Senator Marty Flynn to our Moosic, PA manufacturing facility for a plant tour and a conversation about housing supply, affordability, and the role modular construction plays in delivering housing more efficiently.

During the visit, we discussed how factory built construction supports faster project delivery, greater cost certainty, and skilled manufacturing jobs, while keeping housing production and employment rooted here in Pennsylvania.

We appreciate the time spent engaging with our team and the opportunity to share how modular manufacturing contributes to both housing delivery and local economic development.

A look back at this custom modular Cape we built a few years ago.

Just under 2,000 square feet, this home proves you do not need excess space to get great design, comfort, and long term livability. The layout includes three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open main living area, and a first floor primary suite that makes everyday living easier.

The exterior keeps the classic Cape look people expect, while the interior was fully customized to fit the homeowner's lifestyle. Built in our Pennsylvania factory, the core structure was completed in a controlled environment then finished onsite.

In December 2023, the Berkowitz family lost their home to a fire.

With multiple generations living together, rebuilding quickly and getting back to normal was critical. After reviewing their options, they chose modular construction to bring certainty to the process.

Their fully custom, two story home was completed in just ten months from design to move in.

This project is a reminder that rebuilding after a loss does not have to mean years of disruption.

This custom two story modular home in Greenwich, Connecticut was completed a couple years ago and still holds up in one of the Northeast’s most design-sensitive residential markets.
