Good morning! I am moving our Tour the Tack room event to next weekend. I am still filtering through new inventory from last weekends show and I want to prioritize this first. Then! ONTO THE TOUR!

As I start unpacking from last week's amazing show, I've also been working behind the scenes on something BIG!

In about 5–6 weeks, Red Pony Consignment will be launching a brand-new inventory management system: SimpleConsign! 🎉

I officially signed up today, and once all of our existing inventory is transferred from my many Excel spreadsheets into the new cloud based system (and I complete the live training), we'll be ready to go live!

✅ Online consignor portal to view inventory, sales, account history, and payouts
✅ Easier checkout with an integrated POS system
✅ Continued payment options for shoppers including credit cards, Venmo, and cash transactions
✅ Automated payouts via ACH/direct deposit, check, cash, or store credit
✅ Consignor payouts moving to a consistent every Friday schedule

🐴 What this means for ME:
✅ Less administrative work
✅ More time focused on SELLING YOUR STUFF!
✅ Better organization and reporting
✅ No more processing credit card transactions from my phone (yay for actual credit card terminals!)
✅ No more juggling money between multiple payment platforms when it's time to PAY PAY PAY!

The future is looking pretty exciting around here!

With the roll out of this new plan, there will be new contracts going out that are integrated with SimpleConsign.

The new consignment rate will be 40%, however anyone with current inventory will be grandfathered in at the original 35%.

The new consignment rate is effective as of 06/05/2026.

Finally got a new phone! My old prehistoric SE21 FE was a living fossil when I walked into the ATT store. New phone is sooo much better and the camera is legit. Much better inventory photos are coming your way!

While headed out of the central texas area I stopped off and dropped a saddle off on trial. I also delivered some goodies to go up to a barn who got flooded out in the storms a couple weeks ago in the Austin area. I pulled together some items, combined with donations from Salado Creek Tack and Laura's Saddlery.

Big thanks to Salado and Laura's for the donations and hopefully these two eventers can rebuild quickly! 🍻

Today's event was nothing short of phenomenal!

The central Texas community has shown unwavering support, as always!

Sales were consistent with clothes, bridles, and saddles selling in large quantities. We not only exceeded previous sales records but also significantly expanded my inventory!

I am grateful to Dani and the Winning Fields Stables team for their help in loading the trailer and to the Alamo Hunter Jumper Association for the opportunity to participate in their first show, marking the beginning of what I hope will be a long-term partnership, with June already marked for my return.
