HCS Group was selected as the 2019 Outstanding Sustaining Member of the Year in the small business category by the SAME Mobile Post. On behalf of our entire staff, we are honored to be chosen for this award and are looking forward to 2020!

HCS Group has been selected as a finalist to receive a Montgomery Impact Maker Award in the Small Business category. Even though we are a Small Business, we are making a worldwide impact, from building clinics and schools in Central and South America – to bringing power to small villages in Africa – to supporting our troops at home.

We are very proud to have been named a finalist, and know it is because of the great support of our clients and Project Team members worldwide. HCS Group is proud to bring our global work back home to Montgomery, Alabama

The start of 2019 found our HCS Team in Zambia working in support of USAID efforts to decease the mortality infant rate which is staggering in that region of the world. HCS is participating in studies and design of a new NICU for care and training at the Lusaka Hospital.
Our years of experience in Africa and globally with Micro-Grid engineering has allowed our team leadership to conduct seminars based on our expanding knowledge on this subject.

With the end of 2018, HCS Group celebrates ten years of providing professional engineering services throughout the US and globally. We have a great team of individuals that work hard to execute our mission statement and to finish strong. Our inner-circle is a close-nit organization that has accomplished more than our original Business Plan had predicted. Please see our history below!

In August, HCS Group traveled extensively and expanded our worldwide footprint by visiting Washington DC, Beirut, Costa Rica, and Tanzania.
Programs included State Department, Power Africa and US Corps of Engineers projects .
September 11-15, join the HCS Group Team at Booth 316 at the SAME Southeastern Tri-Regional JETS in Destin, Florida.

HCS Group has an ongoing opportunity working in the Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP) with SOUTHCOM, USARSO and USACE Mobile. This is the reception at the ground breaking, for one of our projects located deep in the jungles of Panama, close to the border of Colombia.
Reachable only by boat, the project will provide a medical clinic for the local village. They are very appreciative of the US funded program.

Our small business Team continues to expand our global footprint with a great start in 2018. Continuing our work related travels in Honduras, Boston and Shreveport, we added the DR Congo. Our Team is incredibly proud of our involvement with the Power Africa Program bringing power grid access to remote areas. After Tanzania in 2017, we traveled to the DR Congo in February 2018 beginning our efforts there!

Our small business Team continues to expand our global footprint. In 2017, HCS Group traveled around the world as we served our clients on numerous projects. Our Team is incredibly proud of our involvement with the Power Africa Program bringing power grid access to remote areas. The end of the year found us in Tanzania. More to come in 2018!

Our small business Team continues to expand our global footprint by performing infrastructure and facility assessments for our new projects. May-June included trips to Uruguay (New Country Footprint), Guatemala (Added six locations), El Salvador and Madigan Army Medical Facility (1.2 Million Square Feet of existing space covered).

March and April include trips to Peru, Puerto Rico, Honduras, Nellis AFB and Madigan Army Medical Facility (JBLM). In Peru time was taken to visit Machu Picchu.
