Let's talk about the church that's opening its doors to us.

Pastors Nikolai and Darlene Pearson have led Preparing the Way Ministries in Lakeland for more than 15 years, and they've been married for more than 25. Their church exists to introduce people to the love of Jesus Christ through Scripture and action, and to help believers grow toward spiritual maturity.

They believe that "with God all things are possible," and that's exactly the spirit we're walking into on October 8th.

Thank you, Pastor Nikolai and Pastor Darlene, for hosting KAMP Meeting 2026: FORWARD PRESS.

Tag someone from Lakeland who needs to come through.

Meet your host.

Apostle Christian T. Howell Sr. and Lady Nicole Howell are hosting KAMP Meeting 2026: FORWARD PRESS.

Apostle Howell's heart for leaders is simple: covering without control. He believes oversight and accountability should be biblical, spiritual, and relational. And KAMP exists to engage, equip, and train leaders to be Kingdom innovators who shape and mold their culture.

If you've been wondering what this gathering is really about, come see for yourself.

If you've been saying you'll try to make it, this is your nudge. Book the room, ask off work, get the ride set. Save this post so you have the address, and tag who you're riding with.

Everybody wants to go forward. Not everybody wants to press.

Paul wrote Philippians 3:13-14 as a man with nothing left to prove. Look at verses 4 to 6. The pedigree, the résumé, the credentials. Then he says he counted all of it loss. And in verse 12 he still says he hasn't arrived.

Then the turn: "forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark."

"Reaching forth" is a runner stretching toward the finish line. "Press" means to pursue, to chase down. The full breakdown is in the five photos below, so open them and go through each one.

Then tell us in the comments: what are you pressing toward right now?
