Hartzell Aviation took the stage at SUN 'n FUN for Aero-News Innovation Preview.

Bryan Yoshimura highlighted our new PMAs including the V-band clamp, Bendix-style magneto, and PT6 fuel pump, and the addition of Oxygen Systems as we continue to expand within the Signia Aerospace portfolio.

Hartzell Engine Tech Receives FAA PMA Approval for AeroForce™ V-Band Clamp | Hartzell Engine Tech 03/22/2026

The AeroForce™ V-Band Clamp is now FAA PMA approved, delivering a structurally improved alternative to legacy clamp designs.

The V-Band clamp is engineered to address a known weak point. It incorporates a braided cable with a floating retainer and eliminates rivets, improves durability, load handling, and installation consistency.

For eligible installations, it also provides a terminating action for AD 2023-09-09.
