442 days on the market. FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO!

Three different listings.
Terminated once.
Expired twice.

That was the story for this Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club home BEFORE it landed with me.

We relisted. Nine days later, UNDER CONTRACT. Yes, NINE.

I'll say what I always say: an expired listing isn't a failed house. It's a strategy problem.
