James Riggins - The Goodson Group

Go by and check out my listing on 821 N Jefferson 2bedroom and one bath with a double carport

Can't wait to get to closing. My client can't wait to get in her new home. Maybe by then I will have found my other client son his first home.

Reaching out to my fellow realtors and others. I'm searching for a property outside of Montgomery City limits. 2+ acres preferably with a stream or pond on the property. Something within $80,000 price Range. Showing several tommorow on MLS. Hit me up with that hip pocket listing.
Thanks.

Closing this week and open house today.

Just had an offer accepted on a land contract. I'm so happy for my client.
