GLAM Camp is back!

Do you know a girl in grades 5th - 10th who is interested in learning more about manufacturing??? Then come explore a range of manufacturing careers, hands-on activities, field trips and meet the women who make up manufacturing in our region.

We had a GLAMorous time at GLAM Camp last week! We want to thank all the students, parents, Bishop State Community College, industry partners, chaperones, and volunteers who made it such a success. We're especially proud of the young ladies who pursued learning about jobs typically held by men — you are inspiring!

Day 2 at GLAM Camp was a great success! We want to give a big shoutout and thank you to the wonderful women from who spent the day with our campers providing hands-on activities.

Seeing the campers learn and grow was truly inspiring!

Last week Bishop State Community College hosted the Inaugural GLAM (Girls Learning About Manufacturing) Mentorship Program Matchmaking event! Students from Bishop State were matched with top manufacturing industry female leaders in engineering, human resources, supply chain & logistics, safety, marketing & communication, finance, and welding.
