“As the times change, so must we” - The competitive world of jujitsu is ever growing - and the more training you can get the better. It’s amazing to have a collaborative group of instructors come together and let their students grow amongst each other all for the purpose of improving. DNA Jiujitsu offers no-gi jujitsu and wrestling every week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. DNA Jiujitsu is about getting better at all areas of grappling. We work Gi, No-Gi, Guard Playing, Takedown Focus (Judo & Wrestling), and even the Dark Art of Leg-Locks. Come down and try a free class!

It can be scary at times when one is promoted to the next level - but to then test the waters just a week later shows not only confidence but validation of one’s abilities.
