Artists have been dropping off their work all weekend, and it’s been so fun watching the show come together. We can’t wait for you to see it.

Our Annual Fall Garden Gather with Christina Poole returns next Saturday!
If you’ve joined us before, you know how dreamy a morning in the garden can be. Plants, pumpkins, friends gathered, and the true star of the morning: sourdough doughnuts.
And this year, art from our Gathering Light Art Show will be tucked throughout the shoppe and garden.
Come wander, gather, and spend a fall Saturday morning with us.

We ended September with a garden full of friends, long tables under the lights, and the most beautiful Staghorn Ferns at our workshop with Ellis James living Art. ✨🌿
Evenings like this are exactly what we love most about the garden: gathering around the table, learning something new, and lingering together a little longer.
And there’s so much more to come. Our calendar is full this season with workshops, meals, gatherings, and our very first art show in the garden next Thursday evening.

We hope you’ll make time to experience the garden with us this season. There’s something pretty special about it this time of year. 🍂

We’re so excited to welcome so many of you into the garden tonight. There won’t be much sitting around for us today, but if there were, you’d find us settled into this new velvet swivel chair that arrived yesterday afternoon.✨

Everyone’s favorite handmade eggs from spring are back, only this time they’re feeling a little spookier. 🎃🕷️
Each one is handmade and full of the sweetest little details, from grinning jack-o’-lanterns to spiderwebs and bats. We love them tied onto bare branches for a little Halloween whimsy around the house, and they’re just the kind of thing you’ll want to collect and add to year after year.

GATHERING LIGHT ✨
An evening of art in the garden at Parterre.
As the seasons begin to change, we’re gathering some of our favorite artists for a beautiful evening celebrating art, creativity, and the places and people that bring us together.
Join us Thursday, October 8th, for Gathering Light, featuring paintings by Maggie Jones Boudreaux, Lissy Sanders, Sallie Anzelmo, Jaki Wilkinson, and Robin Hamaker; photography by Abigail Handy-Garcia; sculptural wall hangings by Heather Gill and Cliff Tresner; and hand-lettered pieces by Libby Gifford, with more artists to be announced!
The celebration continues on Saturday, October 10th, when the artwork will be on display again for our Annual Garden Gather with Christina Poole✨🍁

Just inside our door is one of our favorite little corners of the shoppe. A cozy place to sit a spell, flip through a book, or linger in conversation with friends.
A velvet sofa piled high with beautiful pillows, a framed Renwood by Austin Williams scarf, and Sallie Bynum Anzelmo’s oyster plates make this little corner feel extra special.
