Octane Training
Fitness community Octane's program incorporates high intensity intervals, traditional athletic training, plyometrics, and hardstyle kettlebell training.
Octane uses functional training methods for workouts that are balanced, efficient, and suitable for YOU, regardless of your current fitness level! Our goal is to train your muscles for "go", not for "show", which means that we focus on exercises with real world applications. Classes include mobility work, dynamic warmup, strength work and/or conditioning, and stretching.

What started as a decision to walk through the doors of Octane turned into so much more than a fitness journey. Along the way, I’ve gained strength, confidence, friendships, and a community that has truly changed my life.
I share these to encourage others because two years ago, I never thought I’d be where I am today. And if I can do it, so can you. These progress pictures tell part of the story, but the biggest transformation happened on the inside.
I’m grateful for every workout, every challenge, every lesson, and every person who has been part of this journey 🤍
