Today, we want to take a moment to honor someone truly special to our community. THE Ms. Alberta Simmons, our longest-running resident.

Ms. Simmons first made Oakmont Apartments her home back in 2013, and she has been with us through it all. She witnessed the transition from Oakmont Apartments to Shadow Hawk in 2014, and through every change, improvement, and new chapter, she has remained a constant part of our community.

For more than a decade, Ms. Simmons has helped shape the heart of this property simply by calling it home. Her longevity is a testament to the sense of community we strive to create, and we are incredibly grateful for her continued residency, loyalty, and presence.

Cristal joins us from our sister property, Westbrook Villa in West Monroe, where she’s spent over 13 years in property management. She’s also a proud mom of two and brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to our community. 💐

David began his property management career right here at Shadow Hawk in October 2023, and in that time, he has shown incredible commitment to our residents and property. His attention to detail and passion for making Shadow Hawk a great place to live have truly stood out. 👏
