The Wellspring invites parents and caregivers to join us for a June Parent Café focused on building social connections and strengthening supportive relationships.

These sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences and take part in guided conversations centered on encouragement, support and community.

Five sessions will be held throughout the month, and refreshments will be provided. Please note that childcare is not available.

One mother came to us after a divorce and years of trauma, determined to build a better future for her daughters. With time, consistency, and support, healing began to take root. Louisiana domestic violence shelters face funding gap after federal cuts Domestic violence advocates are pushing state lawmakers to put more money toward survivor services in the upcoming budget.

As Memorial Day approaches, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

In observance of Memorial Day, The Wellspring will be closed Monday, May 25. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, May 26. We wish everyone a safe holiday weekend.
