Happy Teach the World to Sew Day!! 🪡 I am a proud graduate of Youtube University myself and have gone to some sewing workshops as well. You’d be suprised who or what may be hosting free or cheap sewing classes in your area. Don’t be afraid to start small, but most importantly just start!

Happy (belated) birthday to me! What has Jasmine been up to? 🥹
Honestly…I’m somewhere between being busy, figuring things out, and learning that I don’t always have to document every moment to know that I’m living it.
My content has definitely been slacking, obvi, but life has been full. And for my birthday, I decided to slow down and take my one day of peace and catch up on some of the things I’ve been too busy for…including making my own birthday outfit. 🫣 I didn’t know how it would come out, and I didn’t know 100% if I could pull off a circle skirt on the first try, so there was something special about creating something with my own hands and taking the time to simply enjoy the process. 29 looks different.
It’s not quite what I imagined it would look like, but somehow, it’s everything I’ve been hoping for. It’s full of surprises. It’s fulfilling. It’s stretching me in ways I didn’t know I needed. And more than anything, it’s full of faith.
Faith that what’s for me won’t miss me. Faith that the quiet seasons are still productive. Faith that I can slow down without falling behind. Faith that I don’t have to have every detail figured out to be exactly where I’m supposed to be.
29 feels like becoming, not into someone completely new, but deeper into who I’ve always been called to be.
So, what has Jasmine been up to?
Living. Creating. Growing. Resting. Praying. Becoming.
And I think I’m finally learning that not every beautiful moment needs to be posted in real time. Some things are meant to be lived first.
