I got a nice message from a coach tonight a 15u team I got to work with this winter! Keep up the good work gentlemen!
Won all three on Sunday! Beat a sophomore team from Lin Mar. Beat a stacked North Team. We hit really well this weekend. Adam hit a dinger.

We Hit- was a 4 session progression from your base and balance to your contact point and the path of your hands. We drilled in on finishing your swing.
There’s plenty of baseball to come.

Tonight was session 1 of our small group hitting workout. We’ll keep getting better, but it was a fun workout and we learned some stuff.
Session 2 will be In two weeks.
Open to Heat Players, WE HIT
Instructor led hitting workouts- Session 1.
Cost: $20 per session or $75 for all 4 sessions.
