Partner with the CEO of Armor Corporation to coordinate and maintain all aspects of all property and projects with a Hands-On approach to marketing, property management, custodial and staging expertise, maintaining SEO, social media marketing, preparation of documents using Microsoft Office products as well as email and professional expertise with business chat, responding in a superior manner to clients and both internal and external customers.

To perform various tasks to maintain 1929 historic building to include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, plastering, elevator maintenance, hardwood floor maimtenance, and other similar duties.

Skilled in construction with emphasis in plumbing, stucco, painting, landscaping, irrigation systems, electrical in Borrego Springs.

Male or Female Skilled in construction with emphasis and talent with Tuckpointing.

To perform painting, staining, plumbing, AC, electrical, elevator support , roof maintenance, dry wall work and tuck pointing and masonry work.
