Tomorrow (for Prom 🥹) we are completely booked and unfortunately will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or same-day add-ons.

We are so thankful for all of the support and happy pups keeping us busy! 🖤

To guarantee your spot for daycare, boarding, or grooming add-ons, we highly recommend booking in advance through the pet parent portal — especially as we head into busier weeks! 🐶✨

🐾✨ MEET THE PACK ✨🐾

Meet Melissa — our Pack Operations Specialist here at BYOD. 💚

Melissa has been part of the BYOD pack since shortly after opening and brings years of hands-on pet care experience to the team. She helps wherever she’s needed — from supporting daycare and managing playgroups to helping guide staff throughout the day. Her knowledge, calm presence, and natural understanding of dogs make her an important part of our pack.

Hannah and Melissa previously worked together in pet care and have always balanced each other out perfectly — what one thrives in, the other steps in to support. That teamwork has carried right into BYOD and has been a huge asset to the team.

🐾 Fun fact: Melissa has loved dogs her entire life and started working with them as a dog trainer back in 2009 while continuing her education in canine health and nutrition. For her, there’s no better feeling than helping a scared or grumpy dog open up, build trust, and finally show their loving personality. 💚

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the BYOD pack! Show Melissa some love in the comments! 💚

🐾 April Dog of the Month: Willett 🐾

Willett is not only a big, handsome boy, but one of the sweetest souls in our pack 💛

When he first started, he showed a little toy possessiveness—but with consistency and guidance, he’s grown so much. Now, he helps lead the play, encouraging other dogs to engage in a positive and respectful way.

He’s incredibly gentle with our smaller pups, and one of his favorite things is a good game of tug-of-war 🐶

What we love most about Willett is how he brings others out of their shell. One of our quieter pups, Rosie, used to prefer sticking with small dogs—but after spending time with Willett, she’s come alive! Watching her roll over and invite him to play is the sweetest thing ever 🥹

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. In just two months, these pups are building confidence, friendships, and trust—and Willett is a huge part of that.

We are so proud of you, Willett. Keep being the gentle giant we all adore! 🌟🐾
