Can you perform a marriage ceremony in costume as Santa Claus? Can you get married dressed as Santa and Mrs. Claus? You most certainly can – anywhere in the United States – because no state has a clause (or any laws) that regulates what you wear, whether you're getting married or performing the ceremony.🎅🏻🎄
As long as the marriage license is signed using your real name, it's completely legal! 💍
Heck, you could even perform the ceremony in the n**e ... but you might want to discuss it with the couple first. 😳
