Your salad presentation
Meeting attendees were impressed they were able to select the toppings they wanted on their lettuce along with the associated dressings. This was very inspiring for one of the attendees that are “vegan”.
The chicken had a nice flavor
Veggies were tasteful and not “soggy”
Potatoes . . . enjoyed but no special comments to share

Overall, it was wonderful. First time for both of us and very successful.
