Hey! This is for the doctors and unwise people who keep saying Pilates isn't enough of strength training and then offer medicine as an only alternative to building this in your body?
I could never hold my own weight doing a pullup, but after Pilates I can do it upside down, on a box, on a moving carriage...
I challenge you to this exercise.
Then, you will stop saying Pilates is just stretching!

RE Form Pilates showing up to Vintage Faire Lululemon, Jose helped me find what I needed and ordered from the floor, no line! His team came to do Pilates with us downtown, and we helped him find muscles he needed, full circle.
