Mental Health Awareness Month 💜💜

From creative workshops to family support and community care, the WMCC Wellness Center remains committed to supporting the well-being of individuals and families every step of the way!!

Thank you to for this amazing presentation!! Community members had the chance to learn about the programs they offer beyond ESL, ask questions, and learn how they can enroll in their different programs and services.

Green Room Youth Club Spotlight 🔦🔦: Over the course of the semester, 16 students participated in our Youth program centered on the theme "Life Across Cultures". Students explored topics like family and gender roles, festivals and weddings, music, Youth voice, and more...

Students also enjoyed learning through films, class discussions, guest speakers, creative activities, nature field trips, and a safe and welcoming space to feel supported and connected.

Community members learned about the connection between physical movement and mental well-being, participated in a wellness walk, and enjoyed fun activities and snacks with their children.
