A little work for my good friend
We focused on his Lower Lumbar, Glutes, and Hamstrings for his low back pain and discomfort, the soft tissue work and cupping should help with the inflammation, pain, and increase circulation as well as help with the recovery process. We also did a bit of work in his neck and traps for general discomfort. Always a great time working on a friend and getting to talk music 🤘

Travis is a former college athlete, and power lifter, in his free time he rides dirt bikes, safe to say he really needed work!

Had the pleasure of working ➕Kev➕] today, Kevin Is the owner and a personal trainer over at Sculpt Fitness] he came in with shoulder discomfort and rotator cuff pain attributed to his heavy lifting and active lifestyle.

We did some deep work in the rotator cuff, deltoids, rhomboids, traps, lats, neck and pecs along with some cupping therapy to help alleviate some of the discomfort.

The deep tissue work and cupping therapy should help with the recovery process and help reduce inflammation and discomfort from his active lifestyle.
