The Treatment Committee helps connect people in recovery with opportunities to go into local treatment programs and facilities to share their experience, strength, and hope with others who are still working toward recovery. 💙

If you’ve been wanting to get more involved in the community, give back, and carry a message of hope into places such as treatment centers and recovery programs, we would love for you to come learn more!

This committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month.

PEIR|Brewton's Recovery Fest 2026 was an awesome day, with many different resources gathering together to celebrate recovery and remembering those we have lost. It was extra special to be able to celebrate our very own Amanda Gray for her birthday today. Her huge dedication to help those with substance use disorder is unmatched and she deserves to be celebrated! Thank you, Amanda, for all you do

What an AMAZING time we had at Recovery at PEIR|Dothan! 💜🎬🍿

Our afternoon was filled with good food, laughter, fellowship, connection, and just enjoying being together. The fellowship was absolutely phenomenal, and The Sheep Detectives had us laughing! 😂🐑 We loved seeing adults, families, and children able to come together in a safe, welcoming space and simply enjoy one another.

We want to give a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to Mr. Darrell, Manager of Goldfingers in Wicksburg, Alabama, for generously donating a 100-piece nugget tray to our nonprofit organization! 🍗💛 Your kindness and willingness to support PEIR and our recovery community means more than you know. We are incredibly grateful!

And thank you to EVERYONE who showed up, brought food, contributed, helped out, spent time with us, and made this event special. It truly takes a community, and today was a beautiful reminder of what happens when people come together to support, encourage, and love one another.

Recovery is about so much more than simply staying sober—it’s about connection, rebuilding relationships, making memories, finding your people, and learning how to enjoy life again. 💜

Thank you all for making today such a wonderful day at PEIR Dothan. We can’t wait to do it again!

We had the pleasure of having Chris Bailey stop by People Engaged in Recovery – Dothan today to say hey, connect, and learn about some of the resources available in our area. He was able to sit down with our Campus Coordinator, talk about what he has going on, and leave with some resources and places that may be able to help along the way.

Chris is connected with Next Steps Restoration, a 6-month discipleship program for men that helps give men a strong, Christ-centered foundation to grow from. 🙏❤️ Next Steps Restoration is connected with Theodore Church of God in Theodore, Alabama, in the Mobile area.

Right now, they are working toward raising funds for a NEW BUILDING so they can continue helping and ministering to men who are ready to take that next step in their lives.

And LOOK at these beautiful handmade crosses! ✝️💙

They are available for $25 each, and the money goes toward helping Next Steps Restoration raise funds for their new building.
