MASSIVELY proud of Carlton for taking 1st place in Door to Serenity’s fundraising event last Sunday. He’s been a cook for decades and showed off his skills for this dressing cooking competition. The only ingredient he’d give away in his recipe was when he said, “The key is using the turkey neck as the flavor profile base”, (Now we know what to do with a part of the bird that sometimes goes to waste). Thank you to Lisa, Laurye and everyone at Door to Serenity for inviting us to participate. We love you all! ❤️
