How do I get rid of old equipment? Have a deli case and ice machine I got tired of repairing. Not looking to sell. Just get rid of. Both not working….. proper. I think when I unplugged the deli case it was freezing and building ice inside.

Just an update. Have had several calls that I’m selling my building. Fake news. I mean if someone offered a s**t ton of $$$$$ I would certainly entertain the idea but there have been zero conversations about selling 219 Conti st. I am still looking for that perfect tenant. Have had lots of interest but only a handful semi serious. It has to be a fit that makes sense to me. I think best location downtown but that’s just me. Will keep updated

Just finished the 1nd season of ‘The Bear’ almost make me wannna get back in the game……almost. Edit . I meant to say the 2nd Season and the 7 fishes episode did trigger me just a little.
