Steady Pace 5K Run Walk is an innovative way to reach families in our community and promote HEALTH and WELLNESS.
We have selected to host events that will be creative and fun for all involved. The Steady Pace 5K run/walk is the first of its kind designed specifically for the awareness of children and family members of all ages and shining a light on the effects of childhood and adult obesity while promoting a healthy lifestyle not just weight loss.
